Two local businesses have announced a partnership making them the first farm to table partnership in Hardeman County.
Biscuitry and Falcon Ridge Farm are both Hardeman County Chamber members and excellent businesses in the community.
Falcon Ridge will supply Biscuitry with seasonal produce, lettuce year round, homemade jams & jellies, and honey harvested from Falcon Ridge’s own hives.
Biscuitry opened this year and has become a popular destination in Downtown Bolivar. The restaurant serves handmade biscuits for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as a full menu all day. Biscuitry was recently featured on What’s New Wednesday, a segment by WBBJ 7 Eyewitness News. Biscuitry caters and offers a full bar with happy hour on Thursday and Friday from 4-6 pm. Biscuitry’s hours are: Monday-Saturday, 7 am to 2:30 pm, as well as from 4-8 pm Thursday and Friday.
Falcon Ridge Farm is located in Toone on Highway 18. Falcon Ridge is a full working farm specializing in produce, horses, and flowers and participates in a seasonal CSA farm share program. The program allows people to purchase boxes of produce curated seasonally and made available for pickup at Falcon Ridge Farm and other locations across Southwest Tennessee.
The farm also has a store onsite where it sells fresh produce, canned goods (such as fresh honey and jams and jellies), and more. The farm offers event space for weddings, birthdays, and meetings and hosts an annual fall festival complete with petting zoo, pumpkin patch, hay rides, and corn maze.
